Benoist Associates were appointed by the principle contractor to assist their site team with the project management function on this exclusive and challenging private house.

At the time we were appointed, the site was almost completed to external shell and the first fix electrical and mechanical services were in place. The task was to complete the interior fit out, reschedule and coordinate the extensive external works, the internal finishes and finally achieve project completion without undue conflict leaving the entire existing project team, including the client, working and cooperating to deliver a high quality end result.

There were very many challenges with design resolution and coordination was the greatest of these, since many elements of the design were outstanding or incomplete. There were, naturally at this late stage, some challenging conversations and through experienced and pro-active input these were largely overcome to produce the finished house you see here.  A modern and edgy review of Bauhaus design completed to the highest standard and to budget.
